Catherine provides individuals and closely-held businesses with tax strategy and planning, financial reporting, and accounting information systems consultation. She specializes in addressing complex tax issues involving business entities, multi-state and international taxation, individual tax planning, and structuring of real estate transactions.
Catherine’s strengths lie in her proactive client outreach and planning for tax consequences. With a reputation for sophisticated research and technical expertise, Catherine offers keen insights and grounded recommendations which her clients have come to trust and rely on.
Catherine has over twenty years of experience in public accounting including five years in international tax consulting with Price Waterhouse in San Francisco. In addition, she has extensive experience in developing course work and teaching accounting and taxation at the graduate and undergraduate level. She has been a member of the faculty of The University of Georgia, Golden Gate University, Willamette University, and California State University at San Bernardino.
